The key matter distinguishing library services from search engines and similar methods of information delivery is quality of information.  We add value  at every stage of the process, from encouraging an evidence-based approach by health professionals and patients at one end of the chain - to delivering quality information and helping our users organise itproperly at the other.  The EAHIL session brings together a panel of speakers from a wide range of backgrounds, who will illustrate how quality can be built into our work, and how it benefits our users and their patients.
