It tells the experience of the Radis/Ensp-Fiocruz program in democratization of information, making possible people to accompaniment the prime facts related to the public health area.
It introduces the 'Coletânea RADIS 20', information source in cd-rom that gather all the publish production of the first twenty years, 1982/2002 – to support new researches and ideas. The cd-rom is composed by 177 units of publications: 'Súmula' (88 issues), 'Dados' (20 issues), 'Tema' (23 issues), 'Jornal Proposta/Jornal do Radis' (36 issues) and special editions (05 issues).
Also demonstrates the database, characteristics and functionalities. Trying to provoke a reflection about new possibilities in management of information and knowledge - the structured information in public health and its mechanisms of dissemination and sharing.
