P155 - Collaborative comunication: tools for sanitary surveillance working

The use of new tools and communication processes allow to disseminate to discuss the working and knowledge produced, being fundamental to organization who won’t exceed the conventional limits of interaction with their users. This article shows some developed and used tools by Controlled Products Management National System Project – SNGPC of Brazilian Sanitary Surveillance Agency – Anvisa estimulate discussion and participation about changes in processes and legislation of controlled products in Sanitary Surveillance and regulated sector sphere. As a consequence to develop a process of collaborative communication increases the credibility and transparency along with user community.
The development of article happened along with information area/GGINF of Sanitary Surveillance Agency – Anvisa. The process, flow and format were implemented in which product inside the institutional communication strategy. The traditional mechanisms of communication (folder, journal, etc…) weren’t abandoned, but comple mented with new technology to inform a specific public.
Between some products, to emphasize the developed for internet: FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), extremely used to give answers to more of tools, make better the quality and time answer to users, and allow the disponibilization of working power to other activities.
The other product is the Discussion Forum, where great relevance themes of SNGPC Project are debated. The Forum allowed the meeting of geographically distant user, who followed the Project development, with higher interaction and sharing of knowledge. Nowadays, these tolls were institutionalized, being used for others Anvisa areas.
These and new instruments of communication have a great potential to increase and make more cooperative and transparent the relationship between Sanitary Surveillance National System - SNVS and the regulated sector, the partners and world and brazilian society.
