It is a descriptive study on the impact of the use of New Information and of Communication Technologies (NTIC) in private laboratories of clinical analyses in the city of Salvador. The investigation studies the adoption of technological instrumental as strategy path in the relationship management among the several publics that orbits the organizations. It was developed based on literature revision and field researches accomplished among professionals and users of laboratories of clinical analysis.
